Keith Belair, Owner
Keith Belair is a life-long Salem, NH resident and US Army veteran. Keith spent 20 years as a custom homebuilder. During that time he was the general contractor responsible for the construction of over 150 homes. On November 1, 2003, he opened the doors to the first and only More Space Place in New England. With his prior experience and the quest for the best in customer service, Keith personally handles all installation duties. He has been recognized by his fellow franchisees with the Summit Award, which is given for outstanding leadership and standards. He has additionally received the Robert H. Wood Chairman’s Award in 2005 and 2010, given by the franchisor itself to recognize outstanding contributions to the franchise and the furtherance of good business practices. He is a past Chairman of the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce and a past President of the Salem Contractors Association and currently serves on their Board of Directors.
Rita Zolubos, Designer
Rita has been a designer with More Space Place in Salem NH since November 2009. Rita is a Summa cum Laude graduate of Hesser College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Science/Interior Design. She brings her trained design experience to More Space Place for the design and layout of Wall Beds, Home Offices, Custom Closets, Pantries and Garages.
Rita is a member of the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce where she is a volunteer member of their Communications committee. Rita is also a member and Vice President of the Methuen Garden Club. She also is a partner in the design company New England Interior Design Studio.
